MBC Project is the official technical distributor of the AVAL External Insulation System in Ireland, also called E.T.I.C.S (External Thermal Insulation Composite System). We have been operating in Ireland for over 4 years and our technical staff has over 80 years combined experience in the Irish, UK and Polish construction Industry.

The company was established in Ireland in 2008 in a small warehouse in Mullingar. Within four years MBC Project has grown into 4 warehouse units consisting of over 2500 sqm of storage area. We carry a rolling stock of material for the External Insulation System for approximately 50 houses. We are restocked weekly from our various suppliers, working at the same time as a one stop supply unit providing all necessary items required for ETICS installations. Apart from supplying - as a part of NSAI certification - we run training courses in our training centre/facility which is at our premises in Ballycoolin.

We want to make sure that our contractors are qualified to deliver high quality services to homeowners, and we monitor all contractors on a job by job basis, which ensures this level of quality. Our aim is to provide energy efficient solutions to prevent heat loss in Irish and UK homes and cut heating costs by up to 40% with the AVAL ETICS system.

The AVAL ETICS System was developed in Poland and has been providing materials for over 26 years as a result the AVAL ETICS system is now the market leader in Poland and most of eastern Europe and Russia where temperatures regularly fall below -10 C making thermal insulation a necessity.

MBC Project’s warehouses are a one stop delivery solution. Our aim is to save you, the Contractor time by providing you with all the components necessary to complete the External Insulation System from the more obvious insulation, starter tracks, adhesives, beads, base coats, finish coats through to the more often over looked, silicones, foams, cleaners, hand tools and special ETICS fixings.

Apart from AVAL products we are also distributors for SOUDAL. We stock a full range of SOUDAL expanding foams, fix-all seal and bonds and silicones. We also stock a variety of FISCHER fixings to be used in conjunction with the ETICS system.

We can now offer coated EPS over sills, moulding, quoins, designed to suit any measurements all we need is photograph, or measurements and a sketch we can then draw the profile in house for your approval prior to manufacture.
